Placing an Order
What should I do if I find an error in my submitted order when I receive and review the order confirmation?
If you inform us immediately about the error, we can still correct it. In order to do that, please write an email to shirtcity@idcomgroup.com mentioning your order number. Unfortunately, if your shirt has already been produced, we cannot make any changes.
My text is not being displayed, what happened?
You are probably using special characters which cannot be displayed, i.e. ", # or '. Kindly enter your order without these special characters and send us an email with your desired changes to shirtcity@idcomgroup.com.
Why is my text not displayed correctly?
Some fonts do not have all characters, i.e. "Fatboy" does not have any punctuation marks. If you still want to use these characters, we will replace them if possible. If you explicitly wish to have these erroneous characters, please tell us via email with reference to your order number to shirtcity@idcomgroup.com.
