Personal information
Idcom collects, processes, and uses the personal data of the orderer in an automated procedure, as far as required for the reasoning, textual content or adjustment of the contract, according to § 5 Abs. 1 TDDSG / § 14 Abs. 1 MDStV. Further, Shirtcity collects, processes and uses the usage- and account data of the orderer according to § 6 Abs. 1 TDDSG / § 15 Abs. 1 MDStV.
The user can demand diclosure of his stored personal data at any time. Further he can demand the deletion of his stored personal data, as long as the contractual relationship is fully transacted and the storage of the data is not mandatory.
Non-personal data
In detail, for every release order the following data is being stored:
- name of the accessed data,
- date and time of the release order,
- the transferred amount of data,
- status of acces (file transferred, file not found etc.),
- the page the file was requested from as well as
- a description of the type of the used web browser.
In connection with the access idcom receives user data which will be saved for statistic purposes and possibly allow an identification by means of the IP-address. There will be no utilization of personal data.
Passing on of personal data
Idcom will not pass on personal data to third persons unless the circulation has been agreed to previously in writing. Within the scope of the agreement the person concerend will receive extensive information as to which purpose the data will be passed on and how to recall the agreement for the cirulation of the data.
Idcom will only disclose data to public agencies if a legal obligation exists (i.e. to law inforcement agencies if a legal basis exists according to the Code of Cirminal Procedure (StPO) or the code of telecommunications (TKG)).

Use of cookies
Idcom partly uses so-called cookies. In case personal data becomes necessary i.e. to be able to send requested information, idcom will inform the respective person of the recordal of personal data and requests agreement at the respective spot.
