What do should I do if I receive a faulty shirt? (mistake in spelling of the text, different color or size than ordered...)
First please check your order receipt that we included in the box with your order. Consult the product details on the bill to see if the mistake was ours, or if you perhaps entered the incorrect information when ordering the product yourself. If you can see from the billing invoice that it was a mistake on our side, we will gladly replace the faulty printed t-shirt or accessory. There are two options:
- If you have a digital camera or can borrow one, please take a picture of the faulty shirt. Maybe you can even scan the shirt directly. Please send us the picture via email. You will then receive a new shirt on goodwill.
- If you do not have the opportunity to use a digital camera or a scanner, please send the shirt back to us. In this case, please insert a note mentioning the error and the order number. We will repay your postage afterwards. You will receive a replacement delivery from us as quickly as possible. We will not accept postage-free packages!
Please report the error within 14 days after delivery. We are not able to accept later complaints.
If the t-shirt or accessory does not fit, or I do not like it, may I send it back for a refund?
Because all of our t-Shirts and accessories are produced on special customer request, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal (replacement.) The law exempts products produced on "special request" from the right of withdrawal. This means, if you do not like one of our products or if it does not fit, you cannot return it. We appreciate your understanding, as all of our shirts and accessories are manufactured on special requests.

When will I receive the refund if I was granted one?
Refunds will be credited approx. 10 days from their release. Credit notes in form of a gift coupon are usually issued immediately.
