How long does delivery take?
When paying by credit card, your order will
be processed immediately. The processing and shipment of the merchandise
usually takes 4 to 6 business days. We will inform you through email when

I need my order on a specific date. Can you guarantee a shipping date?
We always process our orders as quickly as possible, and as a result, we only offer items for sale that are in stock at the time the order is placed. Nevertheless, there are sporadic delays which we cannot control. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot promise any binding delivery dates. However, you can request by email to shirtcity@idcomgroup.com and we will try to estimate an approximate delivery date.
I would like to pay by direct debit, but I cannot select this option!
Unfortunately, at this time direct debit is only available in Germany and applicable only up for order with a maximum total of €50.00. Please note that different orders within a short period of time are treated as one order.
When will my order arrive?
If you have selected "Credit Card" as method of payment and have still not received your order after 8 business days, you can request information on your order under shirtcity@idcomgroup.com Please specify your Order Number.
What does PRE-PAYMENT mean and what do I have to do?
"Pre-payment" means that you must to transfer the total amount on your invoice before your order can be processed. Below please find the bank account information to which you should transfer your payment:
